MICHELLE WALLACE BBQ UNIVERSITY: Join celebrated pitmaster Michelle Wallace and America’s Top BBQers for a once-in-a-lifetime, all-inclusive weekend of fire and flavor. BBQ University participants will learn from the nation’s top pitmasters and receive exclusive backstage access to the mouth-watering meats and wood-fired mastery showcased during the Festival. 

Michelle Wallace’s BBQ University includes: 

• Three nights and four days of deluxe accommodations on site at the Inn at Seven Acre, where you’ll be close to the action for the entirety of the festival. Check in 3PM September 18, Check out September 21 at 11AM. 

• Entry into Friday night’s exclusive VIP welcome dinner. You’ll get the opportunity to mix and mingle with the pitmasters from both days of the Festival alongside other VIPs. 

• Saturday evening BBQ Seminar led by Michelle Wallace and featuring America’s top pitmasters including Rodney Scott, Ali Clem, Don Nguyen, David Bancroft, and Brian Jupiter.

• Exclusive backstage access to BBQers during both evenings while teams and pitmasters are smoking for the Festival. 

• Reserved front row seating at all demos and VIP area at music.
